NES Fircroft is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading energy client for a Demolition Supervisor to support a major project based in North Wales on a long term contract.
This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all on-site demolition activities, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all demolition operations, ensuring adherence to approved methods, risk assessments, and safety protocols.
- Ensure demolition activities are carried out safely and in line with industry standards.
- Supervise the implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).
- Ensure company standards are consistently applied across all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, with careful consideration of associated risk levels.
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the UK.
- Strong background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, with proven experience in demolition or construction projects.
- Full RTW in the UK
