Position: Deputy Project Manager
Authorized Managing Officer for PCAB
Location: MOA Complex, Pasay City
Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9AM-6pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Defines, ensures implementation, and adapts the project realization strategy.
2. Guarantees the application of QHSE rules in his/her area
3. Autonomous in the definition of the project baseline values.
4. Controls the cost (margin objective), quality, lead times and technical performance of the project for which she/he is responsible.
5. Organizes and steers relationships with external stakeholders in the context of long-term relationships (beyond the project). Defines and implements a contractual strategy (including company representation during claim and litigation)
6. Leads, coordinates and federates his/her team around the business strategy
7. Ensures and encourage good relationships with internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers in the various departments of the organization) in the context of long-term relationships (beyond the project)
8. Defines and implements strategies, aiming to develop opportunities in his/her business and beyond.
9. Identifies, analyses and manages risks in the area for which he/she is responsible.
10. Issues reports on his/her area of responsibility
11. Sign on behalf of the company commercial bid, regulatory, compliance and other required documents as may be designated in the exercise of his professional qualification and/or profession
12. Direct the REX (Return of Experience)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Construction Management, Engineering or related field)
• 5-10 years' experience in Project Management (water/wastewater treatment sector is a plus)
• Strong Project Management and Inspection skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Capable of working under minimal supervision and able to deliver outputs with good quality.
• Has strong sense of ownership in deliverable preparation
• Good team player
• Able to work under pressure
• Proven knowledge and execution of project management strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
