Dispatch Analyst

Description:We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of Inventory & Warehouse Dispatch Analyst within the supply chain department based in Denver City, TX.QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications:• Experience in Materials Management, knowledge of OCTG a plus.• Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry.• Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.• Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment.• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment.• Excellent organization and time management skills.Essential Job Duties• Management of incoming Ironsight job requests during business hours Monday through Friday.• Work as intermediary between dispatch, supply chain and operations teams, communicating and resolvingissues between the groups.• Backup to the analyst for all goods issues, goods receipts and uploader movements.• Purchase requisition creation for purchases into inventory as needed.• Assistance with physical inventory counts and entry into SAP for counts as needed.• Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles.• Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc.EducationHigh school or GED required.Certifications/LicensesValid driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required
