Drilling Rig Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to join one of our valued clients' operations in the Cold Lake area. This is a field-based leadership role on a 2/2 rotational shift (day and night), overseeing drilling activities on super single and slant rigs. The ideal candidate brings a strong safety mindset, solid well control knowledge, and extensive hands-on rig experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily drilling operations on site
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  
  
• Lead and support crews to meet operational targets
  
  
• Monitor well progress, costs, and ensure efficient execution of the drilling program
  
  
• Communicate regularly with head office, engineers, and contractors
  
  
• Troubleshoot issues and make real-time operational decisions
