Job Role: E3D Piping Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform equipment, Piping & Pipe support modelling using E3D
• Preparation of Layout & preliminary MTO from PID for cost estimation
• Preparation of piping ISO drawing using ISO Draft
• Adding details to drawings extracted from E3D using AUTOCAD as needed
• Reviewing vendor drawing and commenting as per layout and PID
• Extract Reports for Piping MTO, weld report, weight and COG reports
• Modification & re-issue of piping isometric based on Site mark up
• Preparation of clash report & resolve clashes
• Output Design Isometrics and Pipe Support using the respective E3D Modules
• Maintain Master Isometric Register for drawings issued and generate weekly progress report
• Able to understand Piping hook-up drawings and documentation
• Hands on experience in Navisworks Mange for model review & red mark up.
• Creation of review model file as per client request
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 or more years of experience in E3D in Piping Layout Design of Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Hands on experience in Autocad & Navisworks Manage
