Job Description:
You will be acting as the first point of engineering response for electrical faults to ensure safe, efficient, timely resolution and maximum asset availability. Assist in driving improvements in asset performance by proactively identifying issues, investigating root causes, and working with the operations department, in Brisbane, to prevent high-risk failures.

Job Description:
You will be acting as the first point of engineering response for electrical faults to ensure safe, efficient, timely resolution and maximum asset availability. Assist in driving improvements in asset performance by proactively identifying issues, investigating root causes, and working with the operations department, in Brisbane, to prevent high-risk failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, address performance and reliability risks before they escalate
- Individually or collaboratively seek opportunities to improve asset reliability, utilisation, and lessen higher risk failures
- Produce concise technical reports to communicate findings, improvements, and short-or-long-term future recommendations
- Support the planning and execution of maintenance and improvement works, which may include managing external contractors
- Ensure that the works stay compliant with regulatory and network service providers requirements
- Provide engineering input and oversight across at key stage design and project reviews, including HAZOP, HAZID, and further safety reviews.
- Formal Engineering qualifications at engineering degree level in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience after qualifications
- Experience in use of electrical engineering in industrial environments
- Willingness to travel to site when necessary
- Chartership (RPEQ) is an advantage.
- Salary of up to $150,000 + Superannuation
- Discretionary Bonus Package
- Hybrid Working.
