NES Fircroft are currently supporting one of their O&G clients, who are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Schiedam.
The successful candidate will be working within a team to complete projects mainly through design, engineering, analysis and verification.

Oil & Gas
NES Fircroft are currently supporting one of their O&G clients, who are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Schiedam.
The successful candidate will be working within a team to complete projects mainly through design, engineering, analysis and verification.
You will need to be able to:
- Design, engineer and set up an AC distribution and Drive systems, also verify distribution designs by means of power studies (harmonics analysis, voltage drop, arc flash, load flow, power swings etc).
- Write specifications for electrical distribution and drive systems equipment and have attended/ witness FAT’s for switchgear, motor control centers etc.
- Optimise drive train system components (Transformers, filters, rectifiers, inverters, motors) is also something we're looking for.
- Carry out interface management for secondary systems (HVAC, AOL, sliprings etc) & being able to specify the system requirement (specification for auxiliary systems CCTV, AOL, lighting).
Qualifications & Skills:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with ETAP/SKM Powertools or Matlab Simpowersystems
