Contract Type: 12-Month Ongoing Contract (with work projected through to 2031)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and capable Electrical Engineers at all levels to join a Major Projects team working on a long-term infrastructure and mine expansion program. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects with work forecasted through to 2031.
The role will begin in the Perth CBD office for the first 1–2 years, followed by a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Projects

As part of the Major Projects team, you will contribute to:
  • Haul road construction and associated electrical infrastructure
  • Development of Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) to support mine expansion
  • Full project lifecycle delivery from concept through to commissioning
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems across mining and refinery operations
  • Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for electrical issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Support continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives
About You
We welcome applications from engineers at all levels, from early-career professionals to experienced specialists. Ideal candidates will have:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in heavy industry, mining, or refining environments (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to safety and reliability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Flexibility to work in both office and site-based environments
