NES Fircroft have recently partnered with a major contractor in Australian construction.
We are now seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents to work on the expansion of Pluto train 2.
Job Summary:
As Electrical Superintendent, you will lead a team and supervise supervisors and/or trade professionals on a project.
You will direct trade professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development.
Your oversight will ensure trade professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets.

We are now seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents to work on the expansion of Pluto train 2.
Job Summary:
As Electrical Superintendent, you will lead a team and supervise supervisors and/or trade professionals on a project.
You will direct trade professional activities and work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work activities and team development.
Your oversight will ensure trade professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies, procedures, and job site work rules and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets.
Major Responsibilities:
- Leadership / Supervision (Discipline Supervision supporting craft or Responsible for Area/Facility)
- Supervises and directs craft activities, subordinate superintendents, and others, as assigned. (Direct Hire)
- Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft. (Direct Hire)
- Oversees tool and equipment usage on the site.
- Manages the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the craft professionals have the tools they require to be productive.
- Manages engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Leading Hands and Craft Professionals.
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
- Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in large scale LNG or similar construction projects.
- Experience with cable pulling
- Experience working with, supervising and administering subcontractors and/or direct hire trade professional workforce.
- Good knowledge of relevant Australian standards.
- $100.00/hr - $122.00/hr (rate will be dictated by experience)
- Fortnightly Pay
- 6 months of work locked in!
- 3:1 roster - big hours, big bucks!
