This role provides electrical maintenance services for the mobile fleet, with a focus on the 730E-10 electric drive truck fleet. The technician ensures safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment through preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, while adhering to all safety and environmental standards. This role is 14 days on, 14 days off.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and electrical repairs on electric drive trucks, including inspections, fault-finding, and testing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced electric drive systems (GE/Wabtec), hydraulic systems, and CAN networks.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as Cummins Insite, wPTU/WebPTU, and other OEM software.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe work practices and compliance with MSHA, company safety systems, and environmental policies.
- Identify and report cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Work outdoors and in challenging conditions as required by fleet operations.
- 4–5 years of experience in heavy industry, preferably in a mining environment.
- Proven experience with electric drive truck fleets and advanced diagnostics.
- Familiarity with equipment from Komatsu, Caterpillar, Terex, Hitachi, Sandvik, and Epiroc.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Basic auto electrical skills are highly desirable.
