Currently we are hiring for below role:
Structural Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi Site
Industry: Exp with villas, hosptality, residential
Middle East Experience is required
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Oversee and coordinate structural inspection activities on site
✔ Analyze project documents, codes, and standards to ensure contractor compliance
✔ Supervise and guide a team of inspectors with a hands-on leadership approach
✔ Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
✔ Conduct audits and support QA/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle
✔ Resolve technical issues alongside the Project Engineer and Design Team
✔ Raise and track NCRs for non-conformances and drive issue resolution
✔ Attend coordination meetings and progress reviews, offering expert insights
✔ Support snagging, handover, and project closure with a focus on quality
✔ Maintain detailed reporting of site progress, activities, and structural challenges
✔ Monitor Health & Safety standards and intervene if unsafe practices are observed
What You Bring:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s or post-grad preferred)
📌 Membership in a recognized engineering institution (e.g., CEng, PE) is an advantage
🛠 7+ years of experience in structural supervision and design on large-scale projects in the Middle East/UAE
🏢 Proven track record with high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
📐 Deep knowledge of structural design, codes, materials, and construction methodology
📋 Strong documentation skills including reports, drawings, NCRs, and change records
🤝 Team leadership experience with the ability to coordinate effectively across disciplines
🧠 Ability to interpret complex technical issues and provide practical, timely solutions
