Location: Asker
Main Tasks:
- You will work as an HVAC System Engineer to support our projects.
- Analysing the contract and relevant specifications and engaging in technical discussions with the client.
- Conducting air flow rate calculations based on ventilation requirements, transmission losses and heat emissions in rooms.
- Developing Basis For Design for HVAC, HVAC philosophy and System Description.
- Contributing to the production of schematic Air Flow Diagrams and D&ID drawings on CAD.
- Sizing main HVAC equipment in terms of capacity and footprint.
- Support projects with senior HVAC system competence since early concept to construction, participating in various reviews.
- Coordination with other disciplines in the projects.
- Providing input to HVAC commissioning procedure.
Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor degree.
- Min. 5 years of experience with HVAC System design in onshore oil&gas or offshore projects.
- Experience with HVDC/ wind projects and commissioning is an advantage.
- Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
- Ability to work independently and thoroughly as well as ability to work in team.
- Good communication skills.
- Be proactive, independent, and share own experiences with others.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Communicate well in English – both oral and in writing.
- Knowledge of TR requirements, Norsok H-003, ISO 15138 or TEK 17 is an advantage.
