Facilities Maintenance Associate (Part-Time, Temp-to-Hire) Location: Facility – Carson, CA
Schedule: ~20 hours/week
Type: Temp-to-Hire (with potential for permanent placement)
Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Maintenance Associate to support the upkeep of our Carson location. This role will begin with janitorial duties and expand into light landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will grow with the role, eventually replacing current contracted services.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Perform routine sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Assist with outdoor maintenance: lawn mowing, bush trimming, leaf sweeping
- Support seasonal landscaping needs
- Collaborate with management to refine scope and responsibilities
- Prior experience in janitorial or landscaping work preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor tasks
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
