Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline from a recognized University or Diploma with extensive construction experience in supervision of HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire & Safety Works related to high-rise building projects. Experience:
• A minimum of 10 years construction experience as Site Engineer for HVAC, Mechanical,
Plumbing & Firefighting Works related to high-rise buildings.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in the implementation of industry best practices and systems, processes, codes, and standards related to construction.
• Good skills in construction management, planning and leadership, team building, and conflict resolution.
• Good presentation skills and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and active listener.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments are critical.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Outlook,
• Knowledge in the use of CAFM/CMMS, and CAD is preferred.
