About the Role:
Join our T1 client as part of a pioneering team delivering the first Fixed Plant Maintenance Control project. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of predictive maintenance and alarm management for fixed plant assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver work packages in agile sprints for the Maintenance Control project.
- Collaborate with technology teams, site teams, and corporate stakeholders.
- Develop and implement tooling, dashboards, procedures, and training.
- Support alarm management and predictive maintenance initiatives.
- Contribute to change management, communications, and integration with site teams.
About You:
- Mechanical Engineering qualification.
- 5+ years of fixed plant maintenance experience (e.g., crushers, conveyors, car dumpers).
- Understanding of SCADA, PLCs, and alarm systems
- Experienced in SAP, RCA, PPS, and condition monitoring.
- Proven ability to work across corporate and site teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills
- Experience in change management and communications.
- Exposure to predictive maintenance and asset health systems.
