Head of Claims Commercial (N-1208)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management or Law.
· Minimum of 10 years experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry, with exposure in business and contract management including project controls, cost and schedule development, tender preparation and contract management and 3 years supervising multi discipline and multi-cultural teams and as Head of Claims for megaprojects.

- Responsible for delivering the Commercial management plans for the NFXP Onshore Project EPC Contracts. Develop and implement the Claims Avoidance and Management Procedure along with associated commercial management processes and communicate across PMT. Coordinate the development and stewardship of Commerical Plans for the NFXP Onshore Project.
- Responsible for providing technical, commercial and functional direction related to all aspects of overall Claims Avoidance and Management, including the formulation and administration of strategies, associated governance, claims register, internal position papers, health checks and case files, and coordinating overall project responses.
- Liaise with project team personnel in technical and functional guidance on contract management. Maintain contact with other Management personnel and Functional Managers.
