Head of Department - Sales - Coating

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead the sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Chemicals, especially Coating Chemicals, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to drive long-term development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth
• Provide mentorship and training to the sales team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the Chemicals Industry, preferably Coating Chemicals
• Proven leadership skills with a history of building and managing successful sales teams
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
