Job title :- Head of Project Engineering
Job Location :- Mumbai - India
Job Purpose :- Ensure the detail engineering activities are executed in compliance with the Contract, Project Design Basis specifications, codes, standards, and regulations. The role is primarily responsible for Compression Platforms for Compression
Qualifications / Knowledge and/or Experience
Key Accountabilities(Duties include but not limited to)
1. Ensure that work is executed in compliance with the contract, Project Design basis, specifications, codes, standards, and regulations, and maintain design integrity and quality requirements through the management of change and specification deviation process.
2. Lead the coordination of COMP4 project management team on behalf of the EPC Engineering team to maintain alignment and collaboration.
3. Oversee the Engineering delivery of Compression Platforms for CP8S and CP4N, including systems which ensure the quality and completeness of technical deliverables required for proper execution of the work.
4. Coordinate interfaces among Engineering, Construction, Systems Completion, Operations, other NFPS Project EPC contracts, and third parties to obtain timely input and decisions.
5. Ensure greenfield and brownfield engineering planning supports procurement and construction execution schedule and engage resources within and outside the PMT on a timely basis to resolve engineering issues.
6. Coordinate multi-discipline technical reviews such as P&IDs, 3D Model, HAZOP, Safety Integrity Levels (SIL), System Completions and Operations.
7. Ensure successful completion of technical aspects of the EPC Invitation to Tender (ITT), bulletins, clarifications, and final tenderer proposal evaluation and recommendation.
8. Achieve EPC deliverable reviews within contractual time limit and ensures high quality approved for construction engineering deliverables are provided on schedule.
9. Facilitate timely closeout of action items from the various meetings and technical reviews, Technical Queries, HAZOP Actions, Management of Change (MOC)/ Pre-Start-Up Safety Review (PSSR) actions, including reporting of status on a regular basis to the management.
10. Coordinate across multiple Compression EPC contracts to ensure alignment in design. Coordinate project dedicated/functional resources to provide oversight of contractor activities and ensure execution and completion of the project within approved project parameters.

Qualifications / Knowledge and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering.
- 10 years of broad experience in all project phases, i.e., engineering, procurement and construction out of which 5 years of specific project in Greenfield and Brownfield execution especially into multidisciplines engineering management role on a major offshore oil and gas facility project.
- Experience with worldwide contractors and vendors, those involved in the engineering of major offshore oil and gas facilities.
