- 2 days/week at OEM workshop
- 1–2 days WFH
- 1 day in the office
- Site travel ~1x/month (3-day trips)
- Mon–Fri, 8-hour days + OT as needed
About the Role
You’ll be the Project Delivery Specialist of the certified rebuild program, ensuring trucks are:
- Decommissioned on site
- Rebuilt to zero-hour spec
- Recommissioned and handed over to operations
You’ll liaise with:
- OEM rebuild teams
- Site maintenance and mobile delivery teams
- Tyre teams, tray contractors (e.g., Schlam)
- Internal stakeholders and permitting teams
This is a high-visibility role with significant autonomy and responsibility.
What You’ll Bring
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Strong project execution and contractor coordination experience on site and from Perth
- Background in SMP or piping projects highly regarded
- Experience with HME, especially haul trucks
- Familiarity with remanufacturing processes
- Commercial acumen - dealing with OEMs, suppliers, and contractors
- Understanding of zero-hour rebuild standards, NDT, and failed item inspections
- Strong skills in cost control, safety management, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to lead and deliver under pressure – you’ll be trusted with a major capital project
