HR Advisor
Contract period: ASAP - 12 months+ duration
Location: Stavanger
Main Tasks:
- Develop a constructive and professional relationship with all stakeholders and HR colleagues within the Company
- Plan and execute recruitment within the designated business area
- Ensures the implementation of and adherence to Company's Management System, professional tools, policies, systems and processes
- Ensures accuracy and compliance of all HR data
- Ensures Human Resources capitalises from lessons learned and is performed in accordance with best practice, striving to mitigate risk, promoting safety and integrity consistently
- Supports the standardisation, compliance and efficiency of Functional policies, processes and systems across the Company
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Administration or Psychology
- Relevant experience from HR and/or administrative functions.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- High degree of computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Clear and effective oral and written communications skills in both Norwegian and English
- Strong integrity and focused on ethical behavior
- Structured and organized with good attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- The ability to work in a team as well as individually with a minimum of supervision
- Proactive and service minded
