We are working with our major energy company, recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor to provide HR support to the business including advising on the business’s compliance with the Regulatory Framework, organisation structures, HQ systems updating, manpower planning and forecasting process, recruitment & selection, expatriate, payroll support and other HR projects as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all documentation to ensure compliance with the regulatory system, internal procedures and working instructions.
  • Internal Distribution of Policies, MSG’s, OPI’s and working instructions
  • Compliance Reporting to Management & Head Office as required
  • Update HR Policies & Procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory system and the closure of audit gaps providing advise and support to the other member of the team.
  • Assist in preparation of documentation for internal and external audits
  • Assist in the Manpower Planning and Forecasting Process
  • Maintain HQ systems, HCM, Segment CS, GETS, GENIUS, DB Database, Lecol,
  • Anti-Corruption Portals up to date and provide reports as requested by HQ and monthly manpower reports.
  • Focal Point for Internal Communications and responsible for updating and maintaining the HR Area of the Intranet and prepare relevant internal communications.
  • Focal point for the end-to-end expatriate assignment lifecycle management, including planning, immigration & visa, relocation, repatriation and reporting.
  • Provide HR generalist advice to Department Managers
  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities as required
  • Act as requisitioner in SAP system
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Law or HRM
  • 5+ years in similar role
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably Oracle
  • Document Management System experience
