Location: Smithfield, NSW
Duties and experience:

Duties and experience:
- Contribute to behavioral change and continuous improvement through training and support to Business Units.
- Deliver HSE training, audit, and performance improvement programs.
- Provide analysis of HSE data, report progress on implementation of Sustainability Objectives and KPIs.
- Support team in risk assessments and contribute specialist knowledge to effective risk management.
- Collaborate across functions and with stakeholders to raise awareness, drive performance, and build credibility.
- Contribute to and execute HSE performance-related projects, reporting on objectives.
- Relevant diploma/degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HSEQ role, preferably within the energy or engineering sector.
- Sound knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in HSEQ management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) would be advantageous.
