NES Fircroft has partnered with a global technology leader that offer leading power and automation products, systems, service and software solutions. They are looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join their team in Sydney! 

Location: Smithfield, NSW 

Duties and experience: 
  • Contribute to behavioral change and continuous improvement through training and support to Business Units.
  • Deliver HSE training, audit, and performance improvement programs.
  • Provide analysis of HSE data, report progress on implementation of Sustainability Objectives and KPIs.
  • Support team in risk assessments and contribute specialist knowledge to effective risk management.
  • Collaborate across functions and with stakeholders to raise awareness, drive performance, and build credibility.
  • Contribute to and execute HSE performance-related projects, reporting on objectives.
Experience wanted: 
  • Relevant diploma/degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management 
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar HSEQ role, preferably within the energy or engineering sector.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in HSEQ management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) would be advantageous.
