Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated HSEQ Compliance Officer to join their New South Wales HSEQ team. Reporting to the HSEQ Compliance Manager, you will play a major role in ensuring successful operations of ongoing projects.
    
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform HSEQ audits and inspections
  • Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ compliance programs
  • Identify, create and implement directions promoting a zero harm culture  
  • Report on safety compliance in accordance with regulatory and industry requirements
  • Maintain and update safety and compliance documentation
  • Assist in accident and incident investigations
  
Requirements:

  • Certificate IV qualification in Occupational Workplace Health & Safety
  • Experience in safety and compliance management
  • Regulatory and industry standards experience
  • Experience in Renewable Energy, Power or Construction highly regarded
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong teamwork communication and relationship building skills
