๐Ÿ”ง Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC Package Engineer to support the engineering and procurement activities for HVAC systems on large-scale energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical definition, coordination, and follow-up of HVAC packages from design through to supplier delivery, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.

๐Ÿ›  Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Documentation:

    • Drafting of technical specifications, design bases, and thermal calculation notes
    • Preparation of HVAC equipment lists and process flow diagrams (PFDs)
    • Writing of technical sections for tender documents and bid packages
  • Package Engineering:

    • Definition of HVAC system architecture and control principles
    • Coordination of technical interfaces with other engineering disciplines
    • Review and validation of supplier documentation and design deliverables
  • Procurement Support:

    • Technical evaluation and comparison of supplier bids
    • Participation in clarification meetings and technical negotiations
    • Support to procurement and project teams during contract award and execution
  • Supplier Management:

    • Technical follow-up and coordination with vendors
    • Monitoring of supplier progress and compliance with project milestones
    • Review of FAT procedures and participation in inspections as needed
โœ… Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC package engineering, ideally in the energy or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of thermal systems, HVAC design, and control principles
  • Experience with EPC project environments and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in engineering tools and document management systems
