Job Specification
Lead the ICSS (Integrated Control and Safety Systems) activities for North Field Expansion (NFXP and NFW) Offshore Project, ensuring technical requirements (e.g. project specifications, data sheets, drawings etc.) fully comply with project deliverables and standardised processes and to provide support to the topside Engineering Division Manager ensuring all aspects are delivered to the highest standards.
The ICSS Lead will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance on control systems and safety systems for Offshore facilities and Onshore facilities (Offshore scope). The role ensures compliance with Client and international standards to enhance asset reliability and safety.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Knowledge and/or Experience
8 years of relevant experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.
Technical and Business Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams in offshore environments.
Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications. Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, pipeline, structural, instrument, telecom, and electrical.
