Our client is seeking an Identity Business Analyst in Calgary, AB to support compliance-related activities and document existing identity and access management (IAM) processes. This role will focus on improving control accountability, enhancing documentation, and supporting internal/external audit efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Improve accountability definitions, processes, and security controls across IAM compliance functions
- Lead and support activities related to Quarterly Access Reviews in collaboration with stakeholders
- Own the planning, launch, tracking, and remediation phases of access reviews
- Review and organize audit evidence for internal and external auditors as needed
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in current IAM frameworks and process documents
- Update, maintain, and enhance compliance documentation
- Develop and implement a clear information management and access structure for compliance-related content
- Perform clean-up and reorganization of compliance files across multiple SharePoint sites
- Create and maintain a sustainable process to cleanse and manage accurate Active Directory (AD) descriptions and ownership metadata
- Conduct AD cleanup activities to ensure consistency in object naming, descriptions, and ownership assignments
- 10+ years of experience in IT, compliance, or IAM-focused business analysis roles
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), audit readiness, and access control frameworks
- Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to use a 10-key adding machine with speed and accuracy
- Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour with a high level of precision
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with compliance standards (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST) is considered an asset
