We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indirect Procurement Specialist to join our Clients Tactical Buying Team within the Indirect Procurement Shared Services organization, based in Poland. This role plays a key part in supporting the procure-to-pay (P2P) process for our global operations, contributing to process efficiency and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage low-value procurement activities including RFQ (Request for Quotation) issuance and supplier negotiations
- Handle PO (Purchase Order) creation, follow-up, and order confirmation management
- Administer, file, and track contracts, agreements, and purchase orders
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, bundling, and frame agreements, and implement related initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement within a global organization
- Fluent in spoken and written English (German or French is an asset)
- Proficient in SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured, and performance-oriented work approach
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Willingness to work from the office at least 2 days per week
