- Performs assessment on various commercial and military aerospace turbine components received for inspection by following written procedures, documents (blueprints, drawings, and specifications), and established practices
- Performs visual inspections as required
- Performs First Article Inspection Report inspections and maintains documentation
- Interfaces with engineering and order execution regarding recommendations for work instruction and router improvements
- Generates NCRs in quality management system
- Reviews job paperwork through entire inspection process to ensure completeness and conformity
- Utilizes precision measuring equipment as required for incoming assessment
- Operates small cranes to move equipment, parts, and material
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area
- Following Environmental Health and Safety regulations while working in fast pace environment
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Complete Specific on-the-job training towards meeting essential duties and work area performance criteria.
