Instrumentation/ Senior Field Engineer EIT
Contract period: 12.04.2024 - 31.07.2024
Location: Haugesund
Main Tasks:
- Engineering tasks and field clarifications onboard platform related to EIT disciplines.
- Clearing of punch items related to engineering.
- Follow up of site queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master degree.
- The candidate must have experience from large new build EPC offshore oil & gas projects and preferably also offshore wind/HVDC projects.
- The candidate must have experience with engineering and design but also with MC/Commissioning and field engineering.
- The candidate must have deep knowledge to Norwegian offshore industry incl. the DNVGL and NORSOK regulations related to the EIT disciplines.
- The candidate must have minimum 5 years’ experience within offshore projects.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have a cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment.
- Multidiscipline understanding.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team.
- Be systematic and accurate.
- Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
- Be proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others .
- Communicate well in English - both orally and in writing.
