Job Specification
Identify, lead and manage the Onshore and Offshore technical and physical Interfaces of NFPS Compression Projects with the other on-going and upcoming interdependent NFPS Compression Projects as well as QP, RLIC, other QG projects or 3rd parties through established Interface Agreement (IA) process, policies & procedures in order to meet the overall objectives and strategies of the NPFS program.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience
8 years' of experience of interface management in large-scale oil and gas projects including 1 year experience in a supervisory role, including acting/oversight role.
Experience in project execution related environment with broad experience of projects, engineering, and operations.
Experience in managing large, complex projects and interfaces.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and interdependencies.
Experience in developing Interface Management Plans, developing interface management processes, and creating project interface registers and interface reporting systems.

Technical and Business Skills
Experience in handling complex interface management in large projects and in-depth understanding of project interface management.
Experience managing interfaces with government agencies, contractors, and vendors, particularly in the construction of offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities.
Experience in legal, commercial, and technical risk management.
Effective negotiator, communicator, ensuring clear, accurate, timely, and consistent two-way communication with internal and external organizations for interface-related information and documentation exchange.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for communication and project interface management software.
Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds.
Proficient in working with multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams, developing work methods in line with company policies, directives, schedules, and professional engineering standards.
