Our client is actively seeking an experienced Inventory Control Analyst III to join their team out of their facility in Paulsboro, NJ! This individual will be responsible for maintaining and updating inventory, accounting, and costing information pertaining to blending, packaging, shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities, etc. This is a full time, long term contract opportunity to work with a global industrial company specialized in the production of oil and gas. The ICA is assigned to an operating crew and works on a rotating shift. The ICA maintains compliance with controls requirements product inventory and accounting and supports the execution of all company safety, health, safety, environmental, and security programs, standards, and requirements.

Schedule: 40-50 hours a week

Shift: 3-11pm shift

Job Description: Helping maintain inventory, cost planning, accounting processes, oil loss/oil movement analysis.

SAP knowledge and Excel expertise - preferred
B.S. or A.S in engineering, procurement, supply chain, or equal. (Experience is more important than a degree)
Thorough knowledge of Excel spreadsheets (pivot table creation and ability to derive sound business conclusions from the output). Excel proficiency will be tested via onsite test.
