Job Title: IT Engineer
Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications: 2-4 years' experience in IT field must graduate from the direct education background. 
Job Description (includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities):
  1. Manage the daily operation and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, including servers, hardware, systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
  2. Evaluate, plan, and optimize IT equipment and systems (hardware and software) to improve overall performance.
  3. Provide technical support to internal users and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
  4. Execute regular data backups and implement recovery plans to ensure data integrity and system availability.
  5. Support departmental IT tasks and carry out ad hoc assignments from supervisors.
  6. Assist in developing, updating, and improving IT and cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and manage abnormal events related to hardware or software.
  8. Support the planning and execution of the company’s annual cybersecurity training.
  9. Contribute to organization-wide IT security and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in IT system administration, with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  2. Strong understanding of virtualization and network architecture.
  3. Familiarity with network configurations (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls) and physical cabling.
  4. Solid knowledge of cloud services, virtualization technologies, and data security best practices.
  5. Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud service administration (account management, licensing, security settings).
  7. Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond promptly to IT incidents.
  8. Strong communication skills—able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Basic proficiency in English, particularly for technical terminology.
