We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Officer to join our client's dynamic team. You will work closely with the ICT Systems Administration team and assist Mine Systems Technicians as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-user IT issues, ensuring timely logging, resolution, or escalation of support tickets.
- Provide technical support for Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across the endpoint fleet.
- Support users in the use of office applications and business-critical software.
- Maintain a high level of ownership and accountability for desktop and end-user issues.
- Collaborate with ICT and Mine Systems teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
- Microsoft certifications
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 helpdesk support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and endpoint hardware.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ManageEngine.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience supporting mining software such as Surpac or Geovia.
- Certification in ICT or related technical training.
- Exposure to remote support tools and endpoint management systems.
