Junior SAP S4/Hana Project Manager – 12 Months Contract – Oxford
OUTSIDE IR35
Hybrid, 4 days on site, 1 day remote
Essential - This is more of a Junior Project Manager role, the role is predominately functional but you will require to have some technical knowledge of S4/Hana. Looking for a 5 years experience with S4/Hana. Experience delivering medium to large and complex projects on time, within budget and to the required specifications. Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodology and working across Agile product teams and business SMEs. Experience managing SAP S4/Hana projects, with a focus on process/functional capabilities. Project methodology certifications (e.g. Prince2, PMBOK).
ROLE SUMMARY
My client needs to establish its global operations requiring and integrated operating model and systems to ensure consistency. Key to this integrated model is the Slipstream business program that has recently been initiated. With a strong focus on the UK operations the program seeks to harmonise my client’s systems and processes across several work streams. At the heart of this will be the establishment of an ERP environment that can support manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance and warehousing functions. To this end a skilled Global Sap S4/Hana Functional Project Manager is required to support the delivery of a complex S4/Hana migration project.

Junior SAP S4/Hana Project Manager Responsibilities
- Project manage the execution of the functional work, including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed within schedule.
- Manage assigned project resources to ensure successful completion of the project and product requirements in line with schedule and budget.
- Control project design decisions and planning activities associated with the program.
- Working with the project team and resource managers to define, source & manage necessary project resources.
- Manage project schedules to ensure that necessary modules and development activities are completed according to the project plan.
- Effectively control and manage the issues, risks, dependencies and project changes associated with the functional design, build and implementation.
- Manage the vendor to ensure deliverables are met and are at the required quality.
- Manage stakeholders and their expectations through the application of stakeholder management disciplines.
