Job Specification
Leads the process engineering discipline activities for the assigned project (greenfield and brownfield scope). Provides Process Engineering direction,
guidance and leadership to NFPS Compression project EPC(s) PMT and Contractor(s) for fieldwork within the assigned area.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience
Minimum of 8 years oil and gas process engineering work experience.
Extensive knowledge of offshore projects Engineering. Indepth knowledge of Process engineering design, standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
Project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors. Involved in executing large offshore platforms (i.e. greenfield and brownfield work).

Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
Proactively and continuously grow technical expertise in Facilities engineering disciplines.
Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Strong teamwork, facilitation, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work with diverse cultures to obtain a world-class SHES performance.
Team player who can effectively collaborate within Project Teams and with external parties.
Able to identify and analyse complex issues and provide recommendations.
Establishes and sustains credibility with peers, subordinates and supervisors.
Takes responsibility for own work products and can perform at high level without supervision.
Computer literate, familiar working with Microsoft office applications.
Willing and able to travel as required.
