Role Summary As a Lead Offshore Installation Methods Engineer, you will be part of the Installation Methods Department, contributing to tenders, technical support, and integrated project teams. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop installation methods for:
- Pipelines (J-lay, reel-lay), risers, spools, jumpers
- Subsea structures
- Flexibles and umbilicals
- Floaters (FPSOs), moorings, buoys, offloading lines
- Support platform and wind turbine installations (floating and fixed)
- Collaborate with internal teams across design, operations, procurement, and execution
- Provide technical assistance onboard vessels during project execution
Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree (generalist, production, or construction focus)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, including on-site assignments
- Strong communication skills and adaptability across formal and field environments
- Fluent in English and open to international travel (short-term or expatriate assignments)
