- Rally the troops—work hand-in-hand with production teams, engineers, and partners to keep our operation running like a well-oiled machine.

About You:
- You're not just a chemical whiz but a whiz with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
- You've conquered high-hazard plant operations for over 5 years, and you're hungry for more!
- COMAH regulations? You've got 'em in your back pocket.
- You wield Root Cause investigation methodologies, Lean principles, and Continuous Improvement like a seasoned warrior.
- Your technical knowledge is more solid than a rock concert encore.
- With your charisma and communication skills, you could charm the socks off a robot!
