Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Nisku, AB.


The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing maintenance activities in line with the Maintenance Program to ensure equipment is delivered on time and meets operational requirements. This role supports improvements in maintenance efficiency, cost control, and asset availability at the Maintenance Base (MB), Maintenance Center, or Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned maintenance tasks under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.

  • Follow division-specific Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards.

  • Accurately record maintenance activities in TLM business systems.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and productivity.

  • Maintain and develop skills as required by the TLM Competency Management System.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic mechanical or technical aptitude.

  • Willingness to learn and follow structured processes.

  • Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
