Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic II to support operations in the Pecos, TX area. This role involves performing a variety of mechanical tasks related to the repair, modification, and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and may assist senior mechanics with equipment disassembly, part replacement, and reassembly.

Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic II to support operations in the Pecos, TX area. This role involves performing a variety of mechanical tasks related to the repair, modification, and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and may assist senior mechanics with equipment disassembly, part replacement, and reassembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Assist senior mechanics with complex repairs and equipment overhauls.
- Replace or repair worn or defective parts.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Must provide own tools and a standard 3/4-ton truck.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Work Days: Wednesday to Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch)
- Days Off: Saturday to Tuesday
- Required: PEC Safeland Certification (must be obtained prior to start; upload proof to Fieldglass).
- Role-Specific: ANSI Z390.1-2017 instructor-led H2S training (as applicable).
- ANSI-approved safety glasses

- SCBA (for Production Operations and Drilling roles)
- Flotation device/life jacket (where applicable)
- Fire extinguisher
