Location: North York or Chatham, ON
Length: 12 months
Rotation: Hybrid – Onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; Remote Wednesday and Friday
Description:
The Advisor, Change Management will provide technical knowledge and expertise to support change initiatives related to the implementation of enterprise tools and functionality, in parallel with integration and cross-functional activities. This role will work closely with team members and key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new solutions while minimizing disruption to core operations.

Description:
The Advisor, Change Management will provide technical knowledge and expertise to support change initiatives related to the implementation of enterprise tools and functionality, in parallel with integration and cross-functional activities. This role will work closely with team members and key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new solutions while minimizing disruption to core operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide change management support for key initiatives, including ERP and Business Applications implementation.
- Analyze and capture detailed change impacts for communication with stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication and change management plans, including content creation and training coordination.
- Support the development of sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and assess change impacts, stakeholder groups, risks, and training requirements.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials, toolkits, and targeted training plans.
- Monitor employee feedback and insights to refine change management strategies.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes.
- University degree in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations, Construction, Asset Management, Work Management, or Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of frontline operations and associated work processes.
- Proven understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.
- Ability to convey messages to diverse audiences and build effective relationships.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
