Master Data Management Specialist 
 
Contract period: 20.05.2024 - 31.12.2024
Location: TBD

Main Tasks:

- Analyse business requirements and processes related to master data management, data quality, data governance and data integration.
- Design, develop and implement master data solution - using Profisee or other commonly used MDM tools.
- Ensure data quality across different data domains and systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, data stewards and data custodians to define and maintain data standards, policies, and rules.
- Reporting of relevant metrics.
- Perform and support data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on master data management best practices and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in master data management, data quality, data governance and data integration projects
- Strong knowledge of Profisee or other master data management tools
- Experience or informed about how Master Data Management can align with Data Mesh principles and Data Product thinking.
- Experience in oil and gas industry and familiarity with relevant data domains (e.g. equipment, materials, vendors, customers, etc.)
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
