Aker Solutions’ Life Cycle segment focuses on execution of modifications & maintenance that improve operations and extends life span of energy facilities on- and offshore. The segment is also responsible for electrification projects on existing facilities as well as offshore maintenance for the renewables sector.

To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer - PRE who can help us succeed. 


What will you be doing? 

• Perform study and execution work with responsibility of Mechanical deliveries according to client's requirements and specifications
• Ensure correct quality in all delivery phases
• Will coordinate multidiscipline procurement packages, in the position of Package Responsible Engineer (PRE)

We think you should have some of the following:

• Msc, Bsc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience
• Good knowledge within NORSOK standards, specifically R-001 and R-002
• Understand the need for good multidiscipline coordination, and deliver accordingly
• Experience within offshore industry and mechanical equipment
• Knowledge with systems such as TIME,  AVEVA-Change Manager, and LCI AVEVA is a benefit. 
• Available for fulltime work in Norway
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and a team player
