Metallurgical Technician – Contract (3 Months) | Regional NSW | 7/7 DIDO Roster
We are currently seeking an experienced Metallurgical Technician for a 3-month contract to provide coverage during a key transition period from September through to November. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a consistent 7/7 DIDO roster and contribute to metallurgical operations in a hands-on, site-based role in regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day metallurgical operations and plant performance monitoring
- Conduct routine sampling, metallurgical test work, and data analysis
- Record and report key production and quality metrics
- Assist in plant trials and troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate with metallurgists and site operational teams
- Previous technical experience in a mineral processing or metallurgy environment
- Qualifications in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently on a 7/7 FIFO or DIDO roster
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Balanced lifestyle with a structured 7/7 roster
