Logistics Coordinator – Drilling Operations Support
This role oversees key logistics functions including supply base management, aviation and vessel coordination, and onshore/offshore material planning. The Logistics Coordinator ensures timely, effective operational support for drilling projects by managing end-to-end logistics strategy, execution, and closeout.

This role oversees key logistics functions including supply base management, aviation and vessel coordination, and onshore/offshore material planning. The Logistics Coordinator ensures timely, effective operational support for drilling projects by managing end-to-end logistics strategy, execution, and closeout.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of logistics activities for offshore drilling, including development of logistics strategy and project closeout documentation.
- Coordinate daily operations with drilling teams, third-party contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless material flow.
- Manage inventory control, warehouse processes, and SAP MM-based documentation for material reconciliation and tracking.
- Oversee transportation logistics (air, sea, ground), perform inspections and audits of carriers, and ensure compliance with operational requirements.
- Assign and supervise logistics team tasks—shipping, receiving, crew dispatching, and route scheduling—ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain daily bulk summaries, weekly reports, and performance metrics against established KPIs.
- Serve as contract holder or technical evaluator for logistics service contracts; monitor vendor performance and ensure service certification aligns with ARROW process.
- Verify all cargo carrying units (CCUs) meet regulatory standards prior to rig deployment; capture lessons learned through end-of-well reports.
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP MM
- Valid medical certification
- Excellent communication skills
