As part of the development of our Installation Methods Department, we are looking for a Lead Offshore Installation Methods Engineer (M/F).
Within the department (tenders, technical support) or as part of an integrated project team, you will be responsible for developing the technical documentation required for the installation of offshore structures, considering client specifications, vessel/barge capabilities, and site feasibility.
Covered areas include:
You will coordinate and interface with all company activities (Design, Operations, Assets, Procurement, Subcontracting, Tenders) from study to execution.
You will be responsible for providing technical assistance onboard vessels during the execution phase. Profile:

Within the department (tenders, technical support) or as part of an integrated project team, you will be responsible for developing the technical documentation required for the installation of offshore structures, considering client specifications, vessel/barge capabilities, and site feasibility.
Covered areas include:
- Pipelines (J-lay and reel-lay), risers (single or multiple), spools, jumpers
- Subsea structures
- Flexibles, umbilicals
- Floaters (FPSOs…), anchors, buoys, and offloading lines
You will coordinate and interface with all company activities (Design, Operations, Assets, Procurement, Subcontracting, Tenders) from study to execution.
You will be responsible for providing technical assistance onboard vessels during the execution phase. Profile:
- Engineering degree (Grandes Écoles, Generalist, Production, or Construction)
- Experience in construction-related fields such as Onshore/Offshore Project Engineering, Maritime Works, or Offshore Design Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of industry experience, ideally with several on-site assignments
- Desire to work in an international environment, strong communication skills, and adaptability to transition from formal processes to execution
- Fluent in English
- Full geographic mobility required for Offshore and Onshore assignments (less than 30 days) or expatriation
