O&M Coordinator

For our client, an international Energy Group, operating growing portfolio of wind energy assets in Poland, we are currently seeking for an experienced: 
 

RES Operations & Maintenance Coordinator


Your key areas of responsibilities will be:
 

• Supervision overt technical operational obligations (e.g. business plan, environmental legal, warranty, H&S etc.)
• Management and supervision over onsite operations and maintenance providers, service records, maintenance systems, regulatory aspects on given assets' portfolio
• Regular site visits and cooperation with technical advisors (internal and external)
• Technical analysis on system performance
• Management of maintenance services contracts (e.g. control the balance of the contract, service provider obligations, quality of services)
• Use of SCADA systems and market information portals
• Conducting a public and commercial procurement for maintenance services
• Monthly reporting on operation (e.g. energy production malfunction and other operational aspects)
• Search, delivery and implementation of solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate should:

• Have a university degree. Education in engineering would be considered as an advantage

• Have at least 2 years of experience in technical asset management, at best Wind Farms or PV plants
• Be proactive, result-oriented and have excellent negotiating skills
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Polish
