We are looking for an experienced Environment Specialist to join O&M team and support the operational phase of the Project. This is a key role responsible for ensuring environmental compliance and implementing environmental procedures during the operations and maintenance phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage Operational Environmental Management Plans (OEMPs)
- Manage environmental contractors and consultants
- Support procurement processes from an environmental perspective
- Manage environmental permits and reporting obligations
- Maintain and update the Operational Environmental Compliance Tracker
- Collect, analyze and report environmental data
- Report to authorities (e.g. RDOS, Polish Water Authority) and internal stakeholders
- Support ESG reporting and provide subject matter expertise
- Coordinate with other teams and work packages
- Advise on technical environmental matters and manage incidents
- Approved OEMPs and environmental procedures
- Environmental compliance during O&M phase
- Timely reporting to authorities and internal teams
- Completion of procurement for environmental services
- Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental management in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Polish environmental regulations and permitting processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Experience with operational environmental systems and reporting
