For our international energy client, we are recruiting an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to establish the dispatch department and support the transition of wind projects into the operational phase.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish, develop and lead the department structure.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of wind assets through effective planning, oversight, and optimization of technical operations.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor asset performance, analyze key operational metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure asset reliability and operational continuity.
  • Identify and manage operational risks, conduct regular assessments, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Cooperation with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance positions within wind energy projects.
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy).
  • Proven experience with SCADA systems, remote monitoring and asset management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain networks of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both Polish and English languages.
