Title: Order Entry Clerk
Rate: £12.54 per Hour + Holidays (33 Days inc.BH)
(Rate equivalent to £26,083.00)p/a) - current rate under review
Duration: 12 months+
Hybrid role: Monday & Friday working from home - 3 days in the office.
Working for our client based:- Foleshill Enterprise Park, CV6
Taking responsibility for resolving customer issues.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers in a professional and clear manner, both written and verbal
Good attention to detail
Ability to work in a busy environment
Good literacy and numeracy skills
*Working hours Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm

Responsibilities:
- Querying where the following doesn’t match:
- Account/sold to address/delivery address/bill to address
- Prices/discounts
- Part numbers
- Pack quantities
- Owning and resolving invoice disputes and debit notes.
- Raising credit amendments and sales order releases where necessary
- Working as a team, with internal departments.
