** Package Contract Advisor **
Location: Milan, Italy
Duration: 12 months renewable contract ( 3 years worth of work at least )
I am currently recruiting for a Package Contract Advisor for a leading Chemical client of ours based in Milan.
Job Description:
-Ensure that all contracting initiatives, decisions, and commitments are recorded in an auditable manner and are in accordance with Project Procedures and the Contract.
-Provide negotiation support to package management team on contract changes including development of change register.
-Provide to package management the require expertise on EPC contract management related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified with a professional contracts and procurement background and prior commercial experience
- Experience in projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Middle East.
- Experience in negotiating contracts on behalf of operators, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Experience in integrated projects and joint Venture organizations.
- Ability to adapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind
